Ubouk helps sports clubs, leagues and recreation centers manage registrations, participants and payments from one place.

Create programs, collect registrations through a branded portal, manage forms, waivers and waitlists, and issue invoices and receipts. Marketing and staff scheduling are available in the same platform.

Clubs connect their own Stripe account and remain the merchant of record. Ubouk charges a flat subscription with no additional platform transaction fee; Stripe processing fees apply separately.

The platform, club portals and emails support English and French. Family accounts are free.
