Shop management for sign and print shops, with deposits and payments on Stripe
PrinterFlo is shop management software built for sign shops, print shops, screen printers and embroidery shops. Price a job with size, material and quantity break pricing, send the quote for online approval, get proofs approved with one click, and run production from a board the whole team can see.
Payments run on Stripe. Each shop connects its own Stripe account through Connect, so the money goes straight to the shop. The customer approves the quote and pays the deposit from the same link, and the balance is collected the same way when the job is done. Every payment is recorded against its order automatically, and it flows on to QuickBooks Online, Xero or FreshBooks for shops that use them.
The PrinterFlo app for the Stripe Dashboard shows which PrinterFlo job a payment belongs to, with a link straight to the order, so the shop never has to match payments to jobs by hand.
