CopperTab

CopperTab is the billing product we kept wishing existed.

CopperTab provides a direct Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to healthcare users to help support their healthcare payments. Healthcare providers connect their existing Stripe account; CopperTab manages patient records, protected health information (PHI), and all billing logic; and Stripe is used to process the payment. Funds settle directly to the provider's Stripe account, and card data is handled by Stripe, so providers carry no PCI scope.

Supported billing models: recurring patient billing, memberships and subscriptions, payment plans, one-time patient payments, invoicing and receipts, failed-payment retries and dunning, refunds, and a dispute-response workflow. Accept cards, HSA/FSA cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. API documentation and webhooks are available for custom integrations and patient portals.
